I have been a therapist for approximately 6 years and I believe in the boundless resilience of humans. Previously, I have held positions in all parts of human services, from homeless shelters to prisons. I have worked in rural Montana and inner-city neighborhoods in the Midwest. I have extensive training in trauma-informed, client-centered skills while also understanding people do not change overnight and require concrete skills and solid support during the process.
I strive to meet my clients where they are. I can do telehealth as well as in person, as long as all parties choose to wear a mask.
I look at people as being part of a larger system and believe all behavior is communication. I will help you look for the silver lining.
